We've been on the road for 5 days now and are comfortably settled in a luxurious MOTEL 6 where the amenities include pets (Yeah Dewey!) and free wireless internet. It seems like ages ago that we drove away from Theron and Susan's/Mom and Dad's driveway. The long hours of driving are not bad. Thank goodness for our multi-talented dog, Dewey.
We have since seen family (Hi Kirk and Tara + kids), Lake Pend Oreille, we've gone to the sun in West Glacier (Yo, Hiedi and Leif!), we mingled with elk and bison in Yellowstone, visited the Medicine Wheel in Wyoming (well, almost), and are now cozy in our Belle Fourche motel room in South Dakota.
Mt. Rushmore here we come!

Wait, is the limo in the picture above the car that ou are using for the cross country trip ? Way cool !
I wish it were true lackypoo, but alas, the red limo was but a shuttle for tourists. They were all over the park and VERY cool. They run on propane so they're high tech too! sweetness!
